About Us
Scott Phillips is a seasoned nonprofit executive with nearly 20 years of leadership and advisory experience. For nine of those years, he served as a founding CEO, guiding an organization from startup through significant growth. This experience gave him firsthand insight into the challenges nonprofit leaders face — from strategic decision-making to team dynamics to fundraising pressures. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois, and a certificate in Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School.
